Internal Account Manager

JM Office Stationery supply businesses & schools with office products, toners, classroom supplies, office furniture, janitorial supplies and print etc. We are looking for internal sales advisors to expand our customer base.

You will be responsible for developing new business by speaking to prospective leads on our database. You will sell the benefits of dealing with JM, providing quotes and pricing audits and actively following these up in order to open new accounts that you will then manage on a daily basis.

We are looking for candidates that have a passion for sales and customer service. You will be able to build a rapport with company buyers and keep them up to date with our current offers.

On a daily basis you will:

- Make calls to prospect and lapsed accounts via telephone and email

- Process orders and quotations

- Actively follow up quotations

- Demo the benefits of our online ordering site to customers via telephone

- Ensure customers are aware of current deals and promotions

- Look for opportunities to up-sell and cross sell to maximise sales

- Deal with general sales administration

Ideal candidates will be confident, self-motivated and computer literate, with a good and proven telephone manner and the capability of building good working relationships. A friendly personality is essential and attention to detail is vital! Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Basic salary negotiable and competitive commission structure.

Hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
